THURSDAY AFTERNOON
3:00 - 4:00	Teachers Register and Check-in to rooms
4:00 - 5:00	Registration Open and Check-in to rooms
5:30 - 6:15	Dinner
6:30 - 9:00	Registration/Check-in Turn in Butterflies & Beauties for our SC State Fair.
6:15 until last one turns out the light!	Free Time! Tat & Chat Meet NEW folks. Reunite with friends. Finally put a face to a long time friend from the Internet.
7:00 - 11:00	Vending Open!!!! Beat the crowd!!!!
FRIDAY
7:30 - 8:15	Breakfast
8:00 – 6:30	Vending Open (closed during meal times)
8:30 - 5:00	Registration/Check-in Turn in Butterflies and Beauties for the SC State Fair.
9:00 - 11:00	Check out TATS (Trade A Tip Session!) Do you know a tip/trick? Let’s share! Need to know how to do something simple, please ask! Planned tips: How to separate floss, new idea on color, lock stitch chain, how to finger tat AND . . . . . . finger tat race!!
11:00 - Noon	Free time!! Shop, visit, check out the silent auction! Trade a heart with someone!!
Noon - 12:45	Lunch
1:00 - 2:30	Classes
2:30 – 3:00	Break – get a snack or a power nap! Or both!!
3:00 – 4:30	Classes
5:00 - 7:00	Bring in your tatting to display! Everyone votes for winner of People’s Choice, Best in Theme, Most Hearts (in a pattern). Tat Off!!! Door prizes, Door Prizes and MORE DOOR PRIZES!!!
7:00 – 7:30	Free Time/Prepare for Banquet
7:30 – 9:30	Banquet/Annual Meeting (Some will dress-up for this event.)
9:30 until last person says "Goodnight!"	Lampwork Bead Demo and sales Marie – split chain technique (be sure to bring the cabone ring from your goodie bag!!) Finish a class project. Check out someone else’s project. Teachers will autograph t-shirts, books, and program booklets.
SATURDAY
7:30 - 8:15	Breakfast
8:00 - 7:00	Vending Open (closed during meal times)
8:30 – Noon	Registration/Check-in
8:30 - Noon	Classes with break 10:00 - 10:30
Noon - 12:45	Lunch
1:30 - 5:00	Classes with break 3:00 - 3:30
5:00 - 5:30	Free time! Finish shopping before 7:00.
5:30 - 6:15	Dinner
6:30 - until last one calls it a night!	Did you miss TATS. Ask someone what new tip they learned!! Visit with new friends; Finish class project. Trade a heart. Trade some thread. Trade a book!
SUNDAY
7:30 - 8:15	Breakfast
8:30 - 10:00	Good-Bye!!! All participants must be checked out of rooms by 10:00. Be sure to turn in your room key, either in the basket in the registration area, or in the mail box in the drive way as you leave White Oak.
