Hearts
Jane Eborall was so kind to gave Riet the honor to use her new designed hearts.
Hearts to put on a card, on a collar, on a bag, or wherever you can put hearts.
Students need to know how to tat split rings.
Students
will learn how to tat lock stitch chains with picots and with beads.
What you need:
Two colours thread # 20. Beads that go with the thread-22 beads and a heart bead
And the normal things for tatting.
Riet will have kits with beads, thread, and heart beads for $3. |

Mobile (Enclose a Circle)
This pattern Riet made when Jane Eborall challenged tatters
with her sequins.
This is Riet's result. Thanks to Jane for her technique to enclose
a circle. Students can make a nice mobile with pictures. Can use instead of the mother of
pearl circle a cardboard circle and glue pictures on both sides. Can also
take smaller circles and enclose them.
Students need to know how to tat a split ring and know how to do different types of
joins.
They will learn to enclose a circle, join on the second half of a split ring, and
the daisy picot technique.

What you need:
Thread in 2 colors Oren Bayan #50 (Oren Bayan is almost the same as DMC #20 or #30.)
A circle of mother of pearl diameter 7.5 cm /3 inches (Riet will provide in the kit.)
Crochet hook
Riet will have a kit with the circle of mother of pearl and Oren Bayan # 50 in two colors with each color 25 meters for $3.

Sally’s Angel
A pattern that Jane gave Riet, so she is a little bit at Tat Days.
An angel you can use in all kind of ways - on your Christmas tree, on a card, or
just hang it somewhere on a cupboard.
Students need to know how to tat a split ring.
Students will learn the lock stitch chain and long picots. Will also work with beads, learning how to make
them fit perfect by using a safety pin.

What you need:
Thread in 2 colours
heart bead and small beads that fit with the thread-about 50 beads and 2 black beads for the eyes and 20 golden beads for the head

On Time: As a courtesy to your teacher and your classmates, please arrive ON TIME to your scheduled classes. If you finish your project early, or would like additional time to visit, shop, or see the lace display, you may leave any class early.
