Level 3 Shuttle
You will need two shuttles, one of these a larger capacity shuttle, like a Sew-Mate. Thread 36 size 10 beads on size 10 thread, then add 3 black or dark size 8 beads for Staccato's nose and eyes. Wind the larger shuttle with the beaded thread, then pull out more thread from the ball and use it to wind the second shuttle. Cut an 8-inch length of thread from the ball, and a 24-inch length as well (to be used for stuffing the head.) You will also need a glass gem and a large-eye needle for finishing.
