Level 2 Shuttle
Materials/ preparation: wind the shuttle with the first three threads you'll use in the gradient. You'll want to have at least a dozen small balls of size 70 or 80 thread on-hand. Old balls are okay as long as the threads have some strength; variegated, ombre and solids are good, in the colors you'd want for a sunrise/sunset or abstract design with a variety of colors or a monochromatic color scheme. If you do not want a notes book, please bring a fabric for your insert, thread and a sewing needle. Medium weight fusible interfacing will be used to open the insertion area. We'll also need an iron and a paper towel or scrap piece of fabric.
