Registration/Check-in. Do your best to arrive before 9:00pm but if you are going to be after 9, please call ahead and text so we can be sure to have your room key available. Donna 803-338-1384.

7:00 – 10:00 VENDING OPEN!!!!!! Pickup your Class Kits and prepare your shuttles for class.

6:00 – until the last one turns out the lights. If after 11, please go quietly to your rooms since others may already be asleep. smile

Catch up with old friends. Make new friends. Prepare for your classes.

Classes Session 1 CLASS SCHEDULE


Lunch (You may linger after 1:00 but be courteous and put up your tray. THANKS.)


Tatting Display Friendly Competition. 3 categories: "Best in Show," "Best in Theme," "Most Creative."
Bring tatted pieces for Tatting Display to Gathering Room. Folks may wish to handle the pieces so we will have white gloves handy. If it is a flat piece, you may place it under Plexiglas Please be considerate of others' tatting. (If you do not wish for folks to touch your work, you may not want to display it.) We will have tie on tags for you to label your work with your name and a number. Your name will be hidden until the end of the competition. You will be responsible for your tatting. Pick-up Saturday evening.
Vote by 11:30 Saturday morning. Winners announced Saturday after lunch.

Silent Auction: Take pieces to the Silent Auction room.
Bidding starts at 3:00 today. Ends Saturday 11:30am SHARP!

Donations for drawings of Christmas/Holiday Ornament Sets accepted.

Silent Auction OPENS! All proceeds go to our Scholarship Fund. Bid with your number (not your name). You will get a number at registration.

6:15 Tat Off! EASY pattern! (coming soon) Practice by emptying those shuttles. Bring your tats (all colors) and we will gladly share them at the South Carolina State Fair.

Make 2 (or more) - Keep 1 and Donate 1 to our Craft Fair Sale Box that helps PTG to raise funds for continuing to "spread tatting like kudzu."

Gathering Room Early Bird class for all.

8:30 - 11:30 Silent Auction: Check on your bids! ENJOY some FUN and FRIENDLY competition on your favorite items. smile Bids close at 11:30 SHARP!
Tatting Display: Complete your voting by 11:30.

Free Time: Visit, shop, finish up projects, prepare for next class, make an angel (see booklet) or an owl (find a kit) for SC State Fair.
Silent Auction: Increase your bid! LAST BIDS taken and CLOSED at 11:30, sharp!
Vote for your Tatting Display choices by 11:30. Winners announced after lunch.
Gathering room will be open and there are sitting areas on each floor for relaxing and fellowship.

Classes Session 5 CLASS SCHEDULE

2:30 Break. Pay for Silent Auction items in Vending and then collect them in the Silent Auction room.
Vending closes at 5:30 so be sure to complete all transactions by then.

3:00 – 4:30

Classes Session 6 CLASS SCHEDULE

Last Minute Shopping Vending closes at 5:30. Pay for Silent Auction items. Complete Evaluations. THANKS!
5:05 Grand Prize Drawing - Be sure your evaluation is turned in!



6:30 – until someone turns out the lights!  

Gathering Room

6:30 White Elephant Game-Wrapped gifts (low value) can be fun, silly, nice, tatting, re-gift something, or purchase something in vending. Some gifts will be fought over! That's the FUN! Loads of laughter! If you do not have a gift, select one from the "extras" and grab a number to PLAY!

8:00 Class for all. Origami with Dawn!

Flower Cards materials will also be available if you would like to continue Friday night's project.

Good-Bye!  All participants must be checked out of rooms by 10:00. All linens and towels need to be made ready for cleaning service. Please remember to turn in your room key in the box on the 3rd floor desk on your way out.
